Eucalyptus pauciflora is an evergreen shrub found in Australia's subalpine regions at altitudes between 1300 and 1800 meters. As its name suggests, it can tolerate frost down to -20° Celsius, making it the hardiest of all eucalyptus species. It initially develops yellow to dark red leaves, later producing lance-shaped, whitish-green foliage, and blooms profusely with white, brush-like flowers. Even its seedlings exhibit the elliptical leaf shape. The smooth bark is typically reddish-brown and peels off the trunk in strips over time.

Natural Habitat: Eucalyptus pauciflora originates from subalpine regions such as the Snowy Mountains in southeastern Australia. In the lowlands, it is primarily found in New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania.
