Herbaceous climbing plant – known as Morning Glory

The sky-blue morning glory, also known as the Morning Glory, is a radiant blue. This evergreen climber is characterized by its abundant blossoms, which bloom from June to October. Given a support structure, it can easily climb several meters in both height and width. Belonging to the morning glory family, it produces heart-shaped, deep green leaves up to 16 cm long. The 10 cm wide, 
funnel-shaped flowers grow in clusters of two to four and open in the early morning hours. By midday, however, they have already faded. In its native Mexico, it has been used since ancient times in divination and ritual practices. Shamans, in particular, used it for ritual prophecies due to its properties. For this purpose, the seeds are finely ground and prepared as a potion.

Natural habitat: The heat-loving morning glory originally comes from the tropical coastal regions of the Americas.
