Sprouts in a glass

Grow your own sprouts easily and successfully!

Instructions: Fill the jar with one to one and a half tablespoons of the desired sprouts and close it with the sieve lid. After changing the water twice, place the jar on the provided slanted stand so that any excess water can drain away slowly. Repeat this soaking and standing process twice a day. This ensures the sprouts are regularly moistened, and the airflow through the sieve prevents potential mold growth.

Harvest: Depending on the variety, the harvest can take place after three to six days.
